UK CAA Accountable manager (Form 4 post holder) for Part 145, responsible for a workforce of 200 plus expatriate and local flight crew, engineering, logistics and support staff, maintaining a fleet of 80 plus aircraft

Developed observational behavioral programs, both independently and in collaboration with international human factor training organizations

Instrumental in the introduction of the Sterile Maintenance philosophy to the offshore helicopter industry, developed to help address distraction events in the maintenance environment.
